Sorry guys for my absence. It would have been more appropriate for me to notify you earlier that it is hard for me to plan two, three weeks in to the future. You're going to have to count me out for the rest of your season. .

Alright so I've got some early dp regs! This is after just a few laps so nothing's set in stone (we can test them out at practice tonight) the constant weight for this class is 970kg

Peugeot 908 (both) - 585hp

Toyota gt one- 565hp

Bentley speed 8- 570hp

Remember these are early regs and will most likely be changed a little. I'll post the gt regs again too :) the constant weight is 1280kg

Ferrari 458- 460hp

Audi r8 4.2-465hp

Dodge viper srt10 (2006)- 510 hp

Corvette z06- 500hp

These are also subject to change

Ya a lot would be grabbing your ankles now :p not us :) Maybe you could make next season once we get this thing figured out
 
As I know you all were very worried I got my Internet figured out (wasted 45 minutes putting in the password in the wrong type *facepalm*) but anyways with the addition of the dp rough regulations the new thread will be made tomorrow! This time with pictures (maybe diagrams later) if you want to help me by driving a car for some pictures let me know I'll be doing that tomorrow morning (I have no clue what time and I plan on sleeping in BIG time) I want a picture of every car we are using, dp cars and gt cars both. If you have a gt car that we are using in white that would be crazy cool if you could drive it. I think the white will make it all look test car like and cool. And for the Peugeots I would like both cars so the team peugeot total and team oreacl (I really need to know that team name) because they will both be two separate teams so i think it'll be cool if each team has a picture of their car. Also there will be a limit of 2 of each car. This will be a first come first serve so be ready for picking your car when the new tread is made
 
I'm thinking of doing a write up of the season as it unfolds and posting it in the Race Report section. I used to do a bit of writing in my spare time for RPs and whatnot, but I did a 6000+ word account on a 24hr Le Mans B-Spec race I coached a year ago, and to be honest I enjoyed it. Even if it doesn't generate hype for this next season, I would love to be able to get my writing skills back on track, but if it does get read frequently by enough people, then hopefully it will generate more hype and next season maybe even more members will be signing up.

Sounds cool! I remember reading one or two of those and they were pretty interesting. My Internet problems my have been "fixed" but now it's so slow its almost not usable... Another fun Saturday, rainy and Internet problems...ugh! Well I'll start work on getting the new thread going pretty soon

Still testing the cars I will give you my report by Monday.
 
Alright I just got done taking pictures of all the cars exept the team oreca, if anyone has it as could put it up for borrow thatd be great

thanks man! im going to put the rough draft of the new thread with pictures and stuff in the interest checks first and then move it to racing series ill hopefully have it up by 2:30-3
