I edited my post because i made a mistake. I wrote V8 Superstars but i meant V8 Supercars.
V8 Superstars is an Italian touring car championship wich i dont care much about.
V8 Supercars is an Australian touring car championship, this one is really great and its not on the list.
 
I would love it if they had a CIK-FIA European Championship or any karting world championship.I think they should add a kart championship (Disk or DLC) all the top racers started in them,and it would be ace thrashing around in them online
 
BTCC!!!!!!!!!
There's at least already cars from JGTC, DTM (not many), WTCC (1?) and Le Mans
Licenses would be great but if not then at least get some BTCC cars in game!
 
BTCC would be great! I remember how i re-build some of the touring cars from TOCA 2 in GT2 with race modifications. :D

Nissan Primera, Honda Accord, Renault Laguna, Audi A4...
 
The closest thing to GT in real life: the Dutch Supercar Challenge. Everything from former Clio Cup cars to the most recent GT3's and less recent but very cool GT2's. You wouldn't need to license any cars as basicaly any kind of car can be used.
 
codemasters own the rights for 2009 and there-after. not seasons prior. so pd could...depending on manufacturers have old-style f1 cars.

Indeed give us DSC.

Other options:

- JTCC
- Group C championships
- DTM (old)
- all other GT championships
- Mille Miglia

And leave out nascar and rally. GT is called Gran Turismo.
I think Nascar is something we europeans will never understand.

i have gained a lot of respect from these Nascar racers they race every week and it is crazy intense. Cant wait to play with a Nascar In GT 👍
 
What implies a series? full grid/cars/liverys and all tracks of the season?

I ask because i like the way GT show some "pieces" of "x" series, i mind: 5 dtm cars, 5 jgtc cars, 5 wrc cars, 2 or 3 d1gp cars, etc. (the numbers are not exactly)

I think that basicaly it's only the content a license is needed for. All other content may be licensed but doesn't have to be.

I think a series constitutes of all ( or at least most ) cars and tracks ( like NASCAR/WRC ) which not only need a licence for those cars/tracks but also for the series itself to be represented faithfully.
I would be perfectly happy for as many different series to be represented only by some of the cars included ( more variety ) instead of just concentrating on these series as a whole. :)
 
Renault Megane Cup

Went to a Renault Weekend at Donnington (Boo Hoo) a couple of years back and those Cars look really fun to drive and the drivers are crazy
