Thats right, the page says its the official incomplete car list of GT4 from an important PS2 Magazine in Japan, oh my god,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

That is currently being discussed in the "about the japanese demo" thread.

:)

That's only 597 cars. There are gonna be over 650. Maybe over 700. There could be Porsche and/or Ferrari. You never know...

According to gamefront.de, that list represents 80% of the total number of cars. Should that be true, we are talking about 750 cars in total.

Like it said... incomplete!

We still have a chance. Don't worry. If Porsche/ Ferrari/ Lamboghini aren't in the game, then well, I guess we will have to wait for GT5. :)

I still don't get it. KY stated (key word, he himself said it) that there will be NO Porsche, Ferrari, or Lamborghini in GT4. Why do people still think it's a possibility?

That, I also would like to know. And I don't see the reason for whining either. I mean, Ferrari or not, we still have an extra 150 cars that we can expect. Isn't that at least something to wait for?

I'm just being optimistic. He could be lying. He lied about the Dec. 14th release date, didn't he?

Well, even if it's incomplete, this list is still impressive! That's just too bad there won't be Ferraris, Porsche and Lambos. But we'll live without it. There are some nice surprises on this list, BTW.

See ya

That's a whole different thing for two reasons:
a) he expected it to be that way.
b) it's not even his mistake in the first place.

Now, someone will mention how he also had lied about Nordschleife, but I would reply by saying that the Nordschleife comment was made more than a year ago and how the "no Ferrari or Porsche" one was made some days ago, and after the game was fully developed and handed over to Sony.

Don't forget to mention that he states more than once that Ferrari, etc. would not be in the game. How many times was the Nordscheife comment made?

dude there is no Ferraris, Porsche and Lambos because PD never got the license from these car companies to have them in GT4 KY has been trying to get them in since GT2. I think that they will be in GT5 when they see how great GT4 will be.

Im sorry guys but I haven't kept up with new info on Gran Turismo 4. When and where have he stated there is no Ferrari/Porsche/ and Lambo? Do you have a thread or perhaps a site?

If my memory is still working properly, he stated it a few days ago, around the time we learned about the completion party (they celebrated that they finished the game).

I'll try to find a link, ASAP.

Thanks, I just want to read up on it. I am disappointed but ah well. When GT5 comes out in 2010, we should have them in it!

Aston Martin DB9 Coupe
Aston Martin Vanquish
Audi A2 1.4
Audi A3 3.2 Quattro
Audi A4 Touring Car
Audi Abt Audi TT-R Touring Car
Audi LeMans Quattro
Audi R8
Audi RS Avant
At least we will be able to sample the Lambo Gallardo’s V10 in the Audi Lemans Quattro concept.

He actually mentioned GT5 as well. He confirmed that it will be a PS3 game and how they are already working on the very basics of how to make the car models even more realistic.

And the LeMans Quatro is one of _the_ things to wait for, indeed. Of course, the Rosemeyer would also be interesting, but I am not being greedy.

Although if I remember correctly it's twin turbo'd for the LeMans.

Yes, that is correct…much to the dismay of Lamborghini at the time.

Edit: speaking of Audi, any guesses as to the sponsorship of the 2004 A4 DTM?

It definately WONT be the Hafferoder sponsership.

That leaves Red Bull and Audi S-Line. I'm hoping for the S-Line since we already have the Red Bull TT-R.

I agree. Nonetheless there is a fair chance that it will be the Red Bull car as a result of the Playstation 2 co-sponsorship.

Just been looking through the list and I'm glad to see the following cars that I didn't know would be in the game, most of them being muscle cars.

1965 Shelby Mustang GT350 R
1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS
1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 302
1970 Plymouth Road Runner Super Bird
1970 Dodge Charger 440 R/T
1971 Dodge Charger Super Bee 426 Hemi
1974 Triumph Spitfire 1500
1976 Volkswagen Golf Mark1 GTI
2003 Aston Martin DB9 Coupe
2003 Ford SVT F-150 Lightning
2004 Pontiac GTO 5.7 Coupe
2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Hemi Quad Cab

The 2004 Pontiac GTO 5.7 is the closest thing to an Australian car. As you all know the 2004 GTO is made in Australia by Holden and sold locally as the Monaro.
