For the first year, I was just working with him. Then he needed help running the business, and he asked me if I wanted to become a business partner, rather than a worker. So from their on out, I've been the owner of the second half of his business. Which yes, does earn me a few buck.

They're literally the go-to vegetable in the UK. Heinz Baked Beans kept our country going, if somewhat flatulently, after the Second World War. Beans on toast FTW.
