It would appear one UtH change has broken the simplicity of posting tables in from Google Sheets.
What used to get posted in under Rich Text Edit mode and looked this way;
1753845483849.webp

Now appears looking like this;

1753845574283.webp

after I removed the background fill and text color from the google sheet, which appeared to be pasting in with color and font codes preserved from the source.

Um. Have no idea at the moment what to do to "fix" this.

Thanks for your time and attention @Jordan

Oh SNAP! I reckon nevermind. The table defaults to some narrow column width but appears to be dynamically manipulable. Hovered over/near the right border and saw the cursor change, drug the right border out to the right and all better now. @Akzl298 might want to remember this for future use.

Not sure I like having the source color and fonts carried in. I suppose I'll have to change all the color coding I folded into our google sheet templates.

On a related note, tapping the GTPlanet logo at the top left brings up a blank list.

Same here (Samsung mobile using their own Internet explorer).
But the news is still listed if you scroll down (at the moment it starts...
at
the
end
of
the
blue
bar

I also had to go to desktop mode to edit my post (cant do it in mobile mode).
I also have the shortcuts top right (for messages, notifications, user account. Etc) so dark that they are almost impossible to see in dark mode.

Tl:dr...

Mend It Its Not Working GIF
:lol:

Edit: The problem seems to have been fixed now. Maybe something was off with my internet at the time. My bad.

Thanks for the bug reports, guys.

The edit button and logo menu have been fixed on mobile. Dynamic dark mode font color adjustment should also be working again.

Could you share a screenshot? I'm not seeing this in dark mode.

@Jordan
Is there a way to get the entire table centered in the post? Struggling now.
The good news is this appears to be a common bug with pasted-in tables in this new version of the forum software. The bad news is there's not an immediate fix. There are some hack-y workarounds I will tinker with, but I can't make any guarantees. I will share an update if I make any progress.

Thanks for sorting things out.
I have attached screenshots in "light" and "dark" setting. You can see my avatar (the green level 50 from GTS).

Luckily I can recall the other top right buttons from memory (pretty much muscle memory after 20 years :lol: )

It might just be specific to the Samsung browser. There was an update waiting to install for the browser, but it didn't help.

Your browser appears to have some kind of auto-dark mode feature enabled in the screenshot on the right. It seems to be colorizing the light mode version of the site.

You’ll need to either disable that browser feature or keep the site in its “real” dark mode which is on the left (with the solid black background).

Yes, that's correct.

That works if I disable the browser setting and then implement the dark mode here. But it also would mean all of my tabs will need to be changed to dark mode individually (where websites allow it, but not all sites include the option).

Which would be too much hard work :lol: so I'll stick with what I have. I know where the buttons are off by heart, so it's not an issue for me personally. It might sort itself with a future browser update.

@Dragonwhisky Thanks for suggesting Firefox as an alternative option.

Can you not do the opposite, and set GTP to be excluded?
