Oil changes and tyres make me tired please read

If they are going to make me wait over a minute to pit they could atleast let me change settings whilst i'm there! Simple things like downforce or even brake balance which F1 cars do on the fly! In a minute + professional pit crew could easily change suspension settings too. This becomes very frustrating in long endurance races if you fiddle with downforce or suspension settings before hand and get it wrong.

Absolutely. I've thought the same thing while sitting in pit lane. There are some things where there's no reason why they can't be done in the pit, especially considering how long it takes them to refuel the car. Damper settings, downforce, camber, etc. I mean if this "professional" pit crew is going to take longer to refuel my car than the cut-rate gas station down the street with Hugo Rodriguez manning the pump all by himself, the game could at least humor me with the ability to change some of the settings on my car while I wait. Obviously it would be a stretch to change things such as gear ratios and tuning parts, etc, but some of the things I mentioned above would be perfectly realistic.
