Yes I am basing that statement on that, the track may have been unfinished but the map was complete. I already told you it is a different ice racing track, perhaps in like Norway or someplace.
Check out this link. It has the different tracks that will be in GT4 posted, and NurSnow looks completely different. You could be correct about the Norway course, but I think the guys at this link whould've jumped all over it by now, since it's a GT site in Norway.

Cheers Solid, Las Vegas must be a circuit as well as a drag strip looking at the map of it.

Oh and is that site Norwegian?

The LV map is just a mock-up of what was believed to be a circuit, the webmaster created it based on the videos, before it was revealed that it was actually a drag-strip.

And aye, the site is Norwegian, it has to be, since I can perfectly understand every word on it. The track however, is most likely fictional - motor sport has just started catching attention since Petter Solberg won the WRC last year. His performance actually helped to convince the government to start funding clubs wanting to build circuits and rally-cross tracks, and quite possibly a couple of ice-circuits as well. :)

Before I begin, college football season is BACK! I'm sending a mad shoutout to LSU, pulling it out against the Oregon State Beavers after LSU had a disastrous start. Good job to all the Big XII teams. I heard the Instant Replay deal didn't really go too well with the Big Ten. Yep. American Football is back. NCAA kicked off its season with the NFL to follow this coming Thursday. And on more serious ground, my prayers go out to everyone having to endure Hurricane Frances. My Texas-sized heart goes out to all of you, from fellow Texan John M.

Post #24 by Buggy Boy:

I thought the third picture down was a real picture! Heck, I'd like to see some action like that for rallycross courses. Of course, would you want a Seat in GT4? If so, that should increase the number of different nationalities represented. After all, Seat is Spanish. And I'm greatly glad that I can race a sleek, Lancia Stratos (no cheap plug or pun intended) without having to hope and pray or cheat. You know, a snow track like that can also open up oppurtunities in drifting. Anyone who played "Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3" and raced in the snow know what I'm talking about.

Think Oregon State Beavers is bad? What about the Oregon Ducks with the ugliest uniforms in college football? The Richmond Spiders? The Youngstown Penguins? Thought so. Oh yeah, the team that got shut out 51-0 to Purdue yesterday, the Syracuse Orange (formerly the Orangemen)? All I have to say is, go Houston Cougars!

Away from college football and on to business, I'm sure we'll get more on GT4. Isn't that Tokyo Game Show thing coming up? Who knows? We may get more than we expect. To me, Gran Turismo 4 and Polyphony Digital WILL make surprises. So we may get to see and hear about more about this game. I don't know about you, but I like this deal going. I don't know what other surprises may come out, but I think there will be plenty more before GT4 is released, and even more so when we stop posting about what might be in the game and actually PLAY the game when it's released. One such surprise would be more ice racing tracks, perhaps even a fictional hillclimb in icy/snowy conditions. Maybe even we'll get to race that Toyota Tacoma that PWN3D the Escudos at Pikes Peak in 1999. I would have loved to see that Tacoma finish under the 10 minute barrier in the real race.

And as a "just for fun" comment, that picture of the car on its hood with the pictures Buggy Boy provided in Post #24 (https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showpost.php?p=1230569&postcount=24) would make a nice "OWNED!!!" picture.
