Why did you bump an ancient thread and then go off on a Dead Kennedys-related tangent? It did make me laugh though 👍

Edit: In order of preference:

El Capitan
Citta Di Aria or Costa Di Amalfi (whichever one starts along the coast)
Pike's Peak (if a complete configuration such as that in DIRT, but not too much asphalt!)
Infineon Raceway
Tahiti Road (from GT1)
Citta Di Aria/Costa Di Amalfi (whichever one is more complex with really narrow roads between houses)
Apricot Hill/Midfield Raceway (I can only remember one of these but I know I liked them both! The one I remember ends in a tight corner into/through a tunnel, then a tightish rising righthander to the looong start/finish straight)
Grindelwald
Seattle
Twin Ring Motegi
New York
Special Stage Route x (the long one with the evil chicane in the tunnel)

Not asking too much am I? ;)

New York at night, weather change, 10h endurance.

The rest is useless for me

Costa di Amalfi, even though I like forza's version too.

Seattle, because gt5 lacks real life based tracks badly.
On the same line, can't believe there isn't a single touge, WRC rally or even a point to point track in the game.

Twin Ring Motegi

edit: necro

All of them. Mainly Tahiti Road, Red Rock Valley, the old Rome which was infinitely more epic than the new one, the old look of SSR5 which was also infinitely more epic than the new one, Complex String, SSR11 (if they keep the old look and don't do to it what they did to SSR5), Apricot Hill, Rome Night, Seattle, El Capitan, and Grindelwald (wow, that's a lot).

In all honesty GT5 has fairly poor course selection... GT2 may have had fewer base environments but even that seems like it would probably be better, mainly because the course menu wasn't cluttered up by a million "reverse", "time change", and "weather change" courses which could be just as easily handled by one course each and an options menu. Also, GT4 was by far the winner when it comes to base environments.

Apricot Hill
Midfield Raceway
Seattle
Twin Ring Motegi
Infineon Raceway

... and I wouldn't ask for more until GT6 arrives.

^This!

An event generator or an A spec ad on also. It would be awesome to have these tracks. But I want events to run them in,not just practice/free run.
