retset is a test account that Jordan uses to verify that the Super Moderator access system is working. You may notice that "retset" is "tester" spelled backwards.

Phil is a Super Moderator, and one of the earliest forum members. He's being unreasonably occupied by real life at the moment and thus lacks the time to come to GTP on a regular basis.

There are, as you point out, others, who for their own reasons are not able to come to GTP so much any more. But then there are also new SMs, like myself, Sage, Der Alta, Neon_Duke etc, who are able to fill the void left by the others.

It doesn't hurt the site to have Super Moderators who are inactive, so they retain their status for times when they're able to return.

Ok, makes sense.
