  • At 20:30 GMT, the race lobby will be opened for drivers to join in. This will serve as a free practice period until 21:00 GMT, at which time the lobby will be reset in preparation for qualifying.
  • At 21:00 GMT, the track will be opened for 20 a minute qualifying. Grid order will be determined by the fastest times set in this period. After 20 minutes has expired, the Safety Car will enter the track and gather all cars to make a manual grid on a designated part of the track. Once all cars are set in their appropriate positions, the race will start.
  • Any driver who joins after 21:00 is allowed to enter pit lane but will not be allowed to go on track. Qualifying order of drivers who enter the lobby after 21:00 is dependent on who had entered first.
  • Any driver participating in qualifying who disconnects in the middle of the session is allowed to rejoin the lobby and reenter track. However, their previous fastest times will not be counted towards the final grid classifications.
  • Visibility checks will be conducted before qualifying and before the start of the race to ensure all drivers are able to see all cars.
  • Drivers with connection issues (visibility, latency, etc.) can either be forced to start at the back of the grid or not be allowed to race altogether.
  • Using the stock livery is prohibited
  • Any livery that contains foul language, pornographic material, and/or political themes is not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in the driver getting kicked from the race lobby.
  • Use of chrome paint chips is not allowed.
  • Number plates are not required, but cars must have their numbers visible at both the hood and the rear of the car. Drivers are free to design their custom number plates.
  • Windshield banners, driver names and yellow headlight covers are optional
  • When a driver is involved in an accident with another driver that results in heavy damage, the driver must send Y to the in-game chat. If three or more drivers call Y, the safety car is deployed, indicated by SCD to the in-game chat by race officials.
  • Once SCD is called, the Safety Car will enter the track and queue the whole grid from the race leader downward, current race leader will also be indicated by the safety car driver using the in-game chat.
  • Safety car speed is 120km/h
  • Pit lane is open to all cars during the Safety Car period.
  • Safety car restarts are strictly single-file, with the race leader allowed control over the restart point, which is anytime after the Safety Car has re-entered the pit lane. Overtaking is strictly prohibited throughout the whole grid before crossing the start/finish line. Overtaking is only allowed when you have crossed Start/Finish, not when the leader has crossed Start/Finish.
  • In cases of serious network issues across the entire lobby, a Red Flag can be called by the race director for a full race stoppage.
  • Drivers are expected to race clean and respectfully at all times. Contact must be avoided as much as possible. Drivers that crash other drivers off the track will be penalized.
  • Deliberate blocking is not allowed. Drivers are only allowed to make one move to defend their position.
  • To avoid impeding other drivers, heavily damaged cars are required to stay off the racing line until the damage is cleared.
  • Lapped cars must be wary of faster cars approaching and duly make way for them. Impeding faster cars will result in post-race penalties.
  • All drivers must obey the pit entry/exit lines. Those who are found to have crossed these lines will be handed post-race time penalties.
  • Under Safety Car conditions, drivers are expected to give ample room to the car ahead of them to avoid accidents. Any accident caused during this period will be severely penalized.
  • Causing a collision: 15s penalty
  • Causing a collision under Safety Car: 30s penalty
  • Illegal Blocking: 10s penalty
  • Impeding Faster Cars (Blue Flag): 15s penalty
  • Crossing Pit Entry/Exit lines: 20s penalty
  • Overtaking before Start/Finish line during restarts: 20s penalty
  • Improper Restart (Sudden acceleration-braking): 30s penalty
  • Making contact with the Safety Car: 1 Lap penalty
  • Improper use of caution call: 1 Lap penalty
Repeated violations over the course of the season can result in a driver receiving a race ban, and if further violations still occur, a complete ban from the series may be handed out. Also, excessive number of violations in a single race meeting will immediately result in a race ban.

Teams Championship
  • Teams championship points are calculated by the average score of the team members for each round. Solo driver teams get the full score added to their teams championship tally.
  • In case of a team member not being able to attend a race, they can use an exception to not be included in calculating the average score provided that they have informed the race director at least 24 hours before the race that they cannot attend. However, each team can only use this exception once. Any further absences will result in the full computation, with the absentee driver treated as DNF.
  • If a team member is able to start the race but disconnects/leaves in the middle of the race, their result will be included in calculating the team score for that race.

Hey @Antares26, thanks for the mention ! Sadly, I'm already busy for more than the half of the calendar (24th Nov, 1st Dec, 15th Dec, 12th Jan)... If there's some spot left, I may come for Suzuka and Bathurst if I'm allowed

Updated OP and Entry List.
  • Added more details to the Race Procedure
  • In-game BoP will not be applied and new Car Regulations added
  • Revised Safety Car procedure due to the addition of actual Safety Car in races

I can come on this evening after work since I'm home alone with my dog until near the lobby opening.

Big thanks to everyone who came out for the test today.

See you all next week for the first round of the championship at Dragon Trail.
