On screen Ghost Car On/Off indicator.

Some sort of visual indicator letting us know whether or not the ghost car is on or off. Personally I'd prefer the method they use in the driving tests where it's simply a line on the road. I don't need to see a whole car rendered, just a line across the road would be great.

I've crashed a number of times because I couldn't see where I was going behind the ghost, and also had cases where I started a lap and wasn't sure whether the ghost was turned on or not. If it's close to you it's invisible so it's impossible to tell.
