I saw the days it appeared on a thread on hear,but now I cant find that thread.

Just create a new account on your PS3, using today's date and 1970 as your birth year. Start game, receive 1970 Birthday Ticket. Back-up save game, open ticket. Did you get a 2J? No? Reload save game, try again. Repeat until you get one.

Or trade for a 1970 ticket in the Marketplace. Either way, you save yourself $15M and the boring task of having to continuously cycle the UCD waiting for one. Also, if you take a few days to send the ticket back and forth between accounts before actually opening it, you can have as many 2Js as you want, for FREE.
