Honda NSX Type R '02 or Lotus Elise 111R '04. Both will win that race easily with a driver of a reasonable level (not 0). Don't need tunes either, but you could put a basic tune on them if you feel it'll help. The NSX can win all the 500PP races without any fuss at stock PP in A-Spec and if you just add parts to get it to 500PP it will not have any trouble in B-Spec too.
