online error message

i got this every time i try to enter an omline race,anybody knows the meaning?

It looks like few of us have problems to connect since yesterday. I also had this error message and another one that started with 30..

I wish someone would write what all the different error number messages mean.... yet another stupidity by PD to use stupid number error codes!

Does it mean network error? No one to race with? Too many players? ahhhhhhhh!

It's a release that's intended for Japan. Are you saying that the Japanese should learn English in order to play the game?
