Online issues last night?

So I was playing around 9:00pm MST and noticed that the profile menu for my other friends and the community menu were very unresponsive and sluggish. Did anyone else experience this last night at all, plus I had extremely long load times to the point of I thought it had froze. Did this have something to do with PDs servers or what?

Some examples were I couldn't see the log for my friends, Bspec stats (levels) came up VERY slow, and the wrong data was displayed on each friend in profile view (like my stats were on my other friends or vice versa, inaccuracies).
 
You are not the only one. The last couple nights have been pretty bad. Keep getting the host incompatible error with people I always race with and kept getting kicked from rooms I was in. It had been pretty good up until this started and my connection was still great. Who knows what is the problem. I will try the clear cache.
 
Bah, how do I tell I am getting the best connection while I am playing Turismo? Is there any port forwarding for this and does it help?

I have my router set up to forward everything to the mac addresses of both ps3s I have hooked to the internet. I have always done this even back in the ps2 days.
