Damn Truth123 is freaky fast. He caught up to me in his NSX so easily. I could have helf him off, but the R8 was no match for the NSX down the back straight. He overtook me and went on to win by 0.5sec. Yep, fast.
 
Some super-seriously fun racing in the last few hours, thanks gang, but I think I ought to get to bed...till next time!
 
Well I'm going to bed now folks. The racing was fun, the cars were not. I advise that any Aussies follow suit *looks pointedly at MisterWeary and K4L4M1TY*, I know what time zone you are in.:sly:

I don't believe the R8 could really be that good in real life. To make a Lancer feel that crap by comparison is almost unrealistic. Don't even get me started on my Corvette. All I will say is that the game doesn't seem to recognise the effects of tuning too well. (I mean, a high powered car downgraded a bucket load is still just as taily in this game, not so in real life. Less power means more controlled rear end). The effects are there, but not as good as they should be I feel.

so thats who that is, was in a race that went a bit tats up with him and Burnout, parked up and cleared off to make a brew

Just had a one on one with him, had to let him go past as i found i was watching my mirrors to much and kept making mistakes, i knew he had a faster car as well, may bring my tow rope next time

I shouldn't be in the same track as you 2. I wasn't making mistakes, the mistake was just to race that night :dunce:

And GTP_001 has appeared to me to be Mr Sphinx, but if he says he isn't, then he isn't. Or is he? :odd:
 
sjaak: what do you think about the overtake in chicane 2.lap? to agressive? I find my self being to gentle sometimes and want to progress to ge a agressive but fair racer..

ps sorry sjaak if my move was a little or a lot risky.:) I am tyring to push myself a little harder and trying to be more on limit.
