Lots of rammers about just now especially GTNDC-Strachi

Car understeered wide going into the start of spoon corner blocking off his overtaking manoeuvre(but didnt hit him) he then procides for the next lap to ram me every time i braked or just ride the bumper when he gets close enough behind me :grumpy: and then even waited at the finishing line so he could brake check me again (although that didnt work).:sly:
 
I'm just going back to Suz600 now for some madness ;) hope to continue some of last nights great battles 👍 cya's in there whoever you may be :cheers:
 
Wouldn't it be better if we changed the 00-15-30-45 schedule to 00-12-24-36-48 ???

It's one more race per hour, and since we have about 10 minutes between the moment we hit "Start" and the moment we can do it again, it should be no problem.

I'm only able to play at night (2 or 3 hours), and I'm more than happy about losing 20 minutes per hour just to be sure I race against other GTP racers, but ... if I could lose a lot less and still be able to hit "Start" at the same time every other GTP'er does it, it would be better.

And, 2 minutes (give or take a few seconds) is more than enough time to get a beer, go to the toilet, whatever urgent other things you have to do between races.

And it isn't that complicated to remember. Say, if I want to join and the PS3 clock is at xx:08, I know that if I hit "Start" 4 minutes later I'll probably find fellows/friends from GTP there.


PS - I'm talking about Suzuka. I don't know how much time is normally needed to complete races in other tracks and return to the "start" screen. But Suzuka is probably the longest one ...
 
You guys REALLY need to make a PAL chatroom. It's SO MUCH easier than trying to work out times to hit start.

The 15 minute way is better just because it allows everyone some time to take a short break and it also gets rid of any idiots we meet in the games, because we lose synch with them.

I just installed a great Chatroom / shoutbox the other day at my forum for our members to have precise timed connections for GT5P and its awesome! It knocks 7 shades off our old chatroom ;)

Works with phpbb2 / phpbb3 / vbulletin and many more 👍 when applied to a forum it will notice each and every member by username when they enter and also it creates a chatroom for every forum subject on the index page :) and has multi language as well as private rooms and individual user control panels.

I would defo recommend it as it's by far the best and easiest chatroom install I've tried to date! but I am not sure if Jordan will have another chatroom attached to GTP tbh? If he did ... then this one is miles ahead of the rest and installs in less than 5 minutes :cheers:

Nah ... don't worry about it mate! I think I have quit every race tonight due to being thumped about like a rugby ball ... life goes on and the search for the full grid of decent racers continues also :cheers:

Personally 15min is perfect for me.

Nice to meet you Mr_P. 👍 I went Mr_P on that idiot in the black GTR after he ghosted through me and then proceeded to ram/nudge every one else on his way to 1st place. He got a taste of his own medicine right back. :)

Likewise mate:tup: There was quite a few on tonight and only 3 laps to catch up to and payback them all was looking too much of a task for me ... so I just exited when the race was wrecked .. feeling lazy tonight :sly:
 
GTP_BJM - Sorry for the slight nudge braking for the hairpin, your lights went on a lot sooner than I expected and I didn't react quickly enough.
Me and code both waited for you, but you ended up quitting. Anyway, sorry. :ouch:
