i just had a 1 on 1 with zabeu, he is slighly quicker then me, the man is a legend. waited for me when i spun out, i returned the favour by letting him go first..at the end we were very close he started braking for me to take the win but i never went...we are both there right next to the line, so he tries to push me over but his car turned invisible and he went first. the guy is a true racer.

i'm going to message him over PSN now and try and get him to join/look at GTP.

well Gtp had the whole grid to ourselves. Close racing until I put Sphinx into the litter.

Apolgies SuperWally if that was my fault, came back for you but we should carry on racing as there were almost 2 laps left

I was rubbing it in a bit, wasn't I? :dopey: Sorry, not intentional.

It's more than getting the win, It's that it took me a long time to find and tune a car to be both fun to drive and fast in Suzuka 600p S2. Feels real good to achieve that goal at last.

??? I didn't see a whole lot of clean driving from you, in any race. Nothing that seemed deliberate, just erratic driving, and following too closely to react to anything but perfection from the driver in front of you. I didn't quit because I was mad, I just wanted some ice cream. I can only spend so much time in the sand before desert visions make me crave it, ya know?

You give an inch and take a mile, I'll remember that.

Burnout, nice driving, I don't think I can stay with the Audi in the Ferrari, not enough traction off the corners, and I get so desparate to stay in the draft that I end up with wheelspin and slow corner exits, and lose the draft anyway.

Sphinx, great to see you out there again, nice job with the low PP!

Overall, a ton of fun out there, for the most part, all this weekend-had a great time with the GTRP guys as well.
 
Really not sure at all (I struggle to remember all GTP tags I race with), but I think we get about 2 races together last saturday night Superwally (both in F430 in Suzuka PP600 I think).
Anyway was you or anyone else, but this driver deserves a big thank waiting for me as I was tuning and learning F430 (I use to race PP600 in Lancer IX tuned, not so funny than a Rwd) resulting with some looses and spins off. The fellow guy always wait for me. I return the move sometimes but it seems we were slowing down each others to avoid any contact. Bad thing was some punters joined the battle...

Just been racing Suzuka 600PP again... is there some sort of cheat that I don't know about? I had two races against Aitronk(ES) and he slid off on just about every bend, then magically his car fast forwards back onto the track and zooms off at impossible speed and he wins..? I don't geddit. Is this a cheat of some kind or is it the result of a network fault? If its a network thing then there is a serious issue since the car I was chasing down for 6 laps appeared not to be able to stay on the track and yet won by a huge margin after showing a turn of speed an F1 car would be proud of.

Anyone?

I would wait that couple of times you went off behind me in the last races, but the (good) pressure was high last night!

About uk86ze, I felt him on T1 once and was surprised to see him not wait for me. But gave him the benefit of the doubt and he never touched me again... maybe it was just the pressure, or it's the "new syndrome" we have nowadays (see apologies thread) :)

I see a bit of that sometimes, and I've been told my car looks that way a few times too. Very bad lag seems to have "the game" think the car is keeping it's original direction and going off, and then the new data puts it on the track further ahead... Shouldn't be an advantage though...

It can make it really hard to overtake. Also you often have no idea if you've punted the guy off, after he appeared right in front of you before flying out into the kitty litter again. I tend to get paranoid because I'm not sure if I look the same to him or if he thinks I'm just driving like a pratt. :nervous:
 
suz 600 at xx:15?going... and if i donn´t meet you, I´ll try again at xx:30 and so on.. ;)
 
I will be there @ XX:30. Also my mate awd208 driving a red F430. He is new to online but a good clean racer. Keep an eye out for him. đź‘Ť

You should try out the game I play when its like that. Punter-worrying.

Rules of play:

Drop to the back of the grid at race start then pass the first 5 or 6 sliding and smashing cars at turns 1 and 2 (Suzuka).

Sit on the tail of the next punter you see until he pushes too hard and slides off. It doesn't take more than one or two corners usually.

Race whoever is left.

You don't win many races like this but it sure is fun. :)
