That Evo that maxes out at pp595, is fine in my book, as is any car that I've seen running that can't be tuned to pp600. If you want to drive a car that can't go to the max pp for the event, that is your choice. If you can take that car and be competitive then even better! In the case of that Evo for this event I've only seen 1 or 2 people that can be competitive in it.

My only beef here is with racers running cars that don't need any advantage (e.g. WRX, R8) that can be tuned to the event max under the event max...

Actually maxed out on S1 tyres the my evo is 679pp ;) .

Doesn't matter. If the car can't be tuned the the event pp number exactly then run it as close as you can. If the car can be tuned to the exact event limit you should run it there.

when I was driving out of chicane someone must have put some oil under my wheels,because all I could hear was "screeching tyres" :scared: and then you showed up in front of me,good job 👍

they really do have to fight for p1 now, like said AWD do have quite an advantage over the RWD's @ s1. but yeh they are atleast on the podium every race they enter. the disadvantage to the RWD's is tempting me to drop my PP to 595/590 or something.
 
I run my tune at 593pp or 598pp as I find it better to control and pull faster lap times than it being tuned to 600pp. Sometimes if I start at the front ille pull over to the side and join mid track as ime not bothered about winning anymore ( have 21 Ferrari F1's in the garage).

I set up my Evo tuned (IX or X) to 599 or 600pp. Why ?

I used to set mostly at 600 but sometimes I'm quite pissed by punters and rammers. Setting it at 599 allows me to get better grid position and so to have alot of good races with fair drivers. I return to 600 when I notice that my races are boring.

Today, I ran 600pp in the afternoon and had no fun punted out every races. In the evening, I ran 599pp and had damn fun with almost all races and racers (cheers Mr_Geez :sly:)

Cheers Sausages. Definately some good racing in the last few hours. 👍 Mostly pretty clean too, considering the number of cars on the grid. :) Quite a few other GTPs and GT5Nets too.
