This feature is promised to be on the horizon but so far it's not available. There are Time Trials in the Seasonal Events that are the same basic thing but limited to certain cars/tracks.
Ucd is the used car dealership. If you want to use the nissan you will find it in there. However it is cycled through randomly with about 800 other cars so you have to get lucky to find exactly what you want.
