online one-make races question

First of all, and even though it's not very used, it is possible to set up an online one-make channel.

Thing is, I just want to do a s2000 only + tuning prohibited channel and it seems I can't.
It only allows me to pick from a recommended car list, of about 40-50 cars or so, in which there aren't any s2000's included (have them all).

is there any way I can pick an specific premium or standard car for that type of races? Thanks
 
Restrict the HP or PP level to that of the car? I'm not sure you can restrict to individual cars.
 
Although I am not in front of my PS3 at the moment, I'm pretty sure that you can use "Selected Garage" or whatever it is called from the pull-down menu (where you select the type of cars to be used: F1, GT500, etc.) and select one car from your garage that will be used by all.

Then, check the Tuning Prohibited box and off you go.

Note: I may not have the names on the settings correct, as I'm doing it from memory, at the moment.

One strange thing that I noticed about Tuning Prohibited races, is that even though I tried to use a stock car that I have never even driven or tuned, it still comes up as prohibited. I then have to go through each menu, hitting "Default" and then it accepts the car. A strange thing, but maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Unfortunately you can't. You have to pick a car from the recommended car list. At least I haven't figured out a way to do it.

Pretty much just have to tell the people what to run once they are in your lobby.
 
I thought they added it to the pull-down list. I tried it yesterday and it seemed to allow me to select a car from my Garage as the recommended car. I'll have to look closer tonight. I may have this confused.
 
OK, retried this last night and confirmed what JoeH187 stated above. It does only let you select from a recommended list, but for the original poster, check the list again, as there was an AEM S2000 in my list of recommended cars. 👍

Sorry for the initial confusion. I originally did it quickly and thought I saw something else.
 
Thanks. Maybe I didn't see it because I just searched for honda and not AEM, but it is a drift car still.

is there any way I can contact PD or kaz directly to make this small yet very significant suggestion?
