I've read Undocumented wheel lock settings thread

and realized that there's a bunch of people like me, looking for information on: what's the reason for the setting working for some of the users but not working for the majority of the users. Is it due to DFGT version or are there other factors? My idea is to ask DFGT users to post information, DFGT version, their experience with lock settings, in general any information that may help to establish once and for all what causes this weird "lottery"
