Open top standards, fully Premium in GT6?

I really have no clue if this is a thread, but well there are a lot of threads about standard quality. I was wondering if the open top cars have made the leap to premium, such as the Le mans cars, Prowler (which did have 1 working gauge), suzuki gsx-r/4 concept '01, FGT, Caterham ect, and if not, probably the cars that were polished up more than others because you can indeed see in them? If this does already exist, well just lock it or whatever.
 
I'd be nice if the cars that had open tops in GT4 but had them removed for GT5 had them again in GT6, but I'm not sure if that's what you're asking.

The cars you listed are still standards. The other open standard cars, like the 2J and Toyota 7 are still standard. Can't think of any others, but there was only a handful of standards converted to premiums, so probably no open top.
 
I can confirm that they probably, more than likely, possibly,maybe will not or will be.I have sources.;)
 
That, the sense that statement made, was like totally, somewhat almost kinda not really is, for sure a thing

Not sure what's going on, but I kinda sorta answered the OP's question. I think.
 
Is it logical? Yes.
Is PD? Yes.
