I'm looking to start a relaxed GT5 club centered around open tracking.

If you're not sure what open tracking is, then read this - http://www.opentrackracing.com/

Keep in mind that the link is for an actual business/club, but it does a good job of explaining what open tracking is.

The point is to learn to drive better, drive casually, and have fun with people doing the same thing. The club wouldn't have any required meets or anything like that. It would be a group of guys and girls interested in driving with each other when time and circumstance permits.

There are, however, a few things I'm looking for in the people that join:

I want members who can't drive responsibly and respectfully. I'm not saying you have to be some uptight jerk, but if you're the type of annoying ass that everyone has experienced online, you're not welcome.

I want members who can appreciate all types of cars and motorsports in general. If you're a fanboi who thinks an AE86 or M3 or Mustang is the be all end all of cars and that if it's not Togue it's crap, don't even reply. If you can hop from an RSX to an old Alfa Romeo and enjoy the shortcomings of each, you're who I want.

I want mature members. If you're some 22 year old who still tells fart jokes, I'm going to say no and take the 14 year old who wants to learn about cars, even if they don't know anything.

We'll figure out a name for this group of people and operating specifics later, if anyone takes interest. So if anyone is interested, reply in here. Don't send me a PSN request without saying anything.
