Anyone that has experience or knows, how did you get a tv mount for your openwheeler cockpit? I just ordered mine and was wondering if this is bought separate or if it comes with a tv mount available with the kit. There wasn't too much details regarding this for the product. Thank you.

is this forum alive?
Yeah it is, I'm sure some one with Info will reply sometime. Sometimes it takes a day or so before someone notices. I don't know anything about wheels, cockpits or monitors, so sorry I can't really help.

If you can post some links to the product you have bought people might be able to help.

If its not listed as one of its features than it probably has no monitor mount. Its one of those selling point things they wouldn't forget to mention.

@ej25lol

It appears the rig you purchased does not have an option to mount a TV or monitor. You did not say if you plan to use one or need triple mount options. Here are a few options I was able to locate doing a quick search on google, "triple or single monitor mount racing rig. " Suggest after doing search choose, images, then decide based on the picture. There are hundreds to choose from. Also look into 80/20 aluminum building solutions.

If the desk/table does not suit your space, you want to inquire about a return of the rig and then purchase a new rig with mounting option as standard or an option.

Thanks for the replies so far.

And if it isn't tv mount compatible, how are some of you making the "best" use of the cockpit/ tv position?

I've seen some common ideas such as using a desk and sliding the cockpit under the table/desk with the tv on that but it seems like it would take a lot of space and my space is limited.
I use this to mount my triple screens http://sim-lab.eu/product/triple-monitor-mount/

As you can see it takes up little space, you can slide your cockpit right into it and it's very adjustable so can adjust perfectly to fit your situation. It's also rock solid, I've got 3 x 42" TV's mounted to mine and it literally doesn't move yet is not very heavy.

I'm sure you could find something similar to mount only one screen to.
