I'm a bit wired just now because I can't sleep, so I'm commiting to stay awake throughout the night and for the GP, so I need to stay awake probably for another 11 hours at least and I've already been up since half 8 yesterday morning. Plus I've got uni on Monday with a presentation and assignment due on Friday and my group haven't started yet.

Only done two so far, the 25k ones...I keep getting landed in jail lately though, saw you doing some time, tried to break you out and got put back in :lol:

Your % chance of success for the GTA missions should go up as you get more in shape too. Remember they can only ever go up to 40%, so there's no such thing as a certain GTA mission. I lose them all the time and go to jail and I'm at Con Artist rank. Try moving to different areas to get different cars, but if you do move, do the trick I was talking about earlier. If you're in London just now, get as much beer as you can, then move to Dewsbury (moving doesn't cost anything) and sell off all your beer when you get there. You should make a decent profit if you can carry a decent load. When you get to Dewsbury, stock up on wine, then when you move back to London you can sell the wine off at a great profit too. Whenever you move to the next level, check to see if your load carrying capacility has increased (I can carry 40 alcohol and 9 drugs now).

Cool! I never tried the booze run. I made a good profit. I bought beer for 10 and sold it for 100. Is that good, or are there better prices? All I could buy was a lousy ten bottles.

What about drugs? What's the best one to buy, and where to sell it? Can I buy booze and drugs at the same time?

Anyone who wears the protection tag (properly, not just the link, tarts) is safegaurded from any impending doom. If you're not wearing it...your a big fish in a small pond then. Easy target :)

And right now, I'm checking whoever has the tag on.

If you have it on in the next 10 minutes, you'll recieve a 50K reward :).
 
Although you might still get killed by an idiot who doesnt look at the profile before killing someone. ;)

10 to 100 on beer is good. I usually get it in London for about 12-16 and sell it in Dewsbury for 80-95, so you're doing well there. In Dewsbury the wine is usually 45-55 and you can sell it in London for 190-215, so there's a lot of money to be made there too. There is money to be made in drugs too, but I've found the profit margins are pretty slim and the pattern isn't as pronounced as with the booze. You don't get to carry drugs until you're Drug Dealer (IIRC), but once you're at that rank or above you can carry booze and drugs at the same time.

Yeah, by "getting more in shape" I meant the Physical Training. My chances of success in the GTAs went up from about 10-14% to 29-40% after a couple of decent PT workouts.

@iceman...lol, yeah, it's a shame you can't jump in the TVR and give it a test drive.

Before the reset, a guy once extorted me for 700K. I re-extorted him, got 900K, and then slaughtered him and 3 of his faction mates for trying to step up and take vengeance.

This guy named T3hEx0rcist was talking smack about our faction. We set up to knock him off, and our plan got leaked. 3 guys attacked our faction, leaving 3 of us alive. We retaliated, wasting the 3 guys, their 23 faction members, and 6 people widely protecting some of our victims. This caused people to ask for witness statements. Anyone who asked for a witness statement was silenced. Anyone who gave a witness statement was silenced.
