Did you do a search? Duck has setting for the Lotus Carlton. You'll find them in his settings workshop in the sticky at the top of this forum. No doubt there are others too.
Also please use correct english and not "txt speak" in your posts.

hi there v. new on this site and really strugglin with this so any help / advice would b gr8. as title says wan2 no wot optimum settings are 4 a lotus carlton.
