Hello,whenever i start my comp a message pops up saying 'OS Install Mode Enable' Can someone tell me how to disable this and where it is thanks

After doing a quick Google search and even finding an old GTP thread about the same problem, it seems to me that you have an older Dell system. You need to go into the BIOS and disable the OS Install Mode. This OS Install Mode was used for compatibility with 9x versions of Windows, limiting the system memory to 256MB.
