"Other" aero parts?

I saw this option under the aero parts section. First off, what kind of parts would "other" parts maybe be? And are there any cars that can actually have these "other" parts fitted to them?

You can add "other" parts to the alfa mito. It just changes the head light/tail light surrounds to either chrome or black.

Plymouth XNR Ghia Roadster has "other" part that covers the passenger side of the interior.

Also on the 2011 Lotus Elise, I just discovered. It lets you replace the soft top with a hard top. I wonder if you can do this with any other convertibles?

No, I checked Mazda Roadster RS (NC) '07 (Premium car) and it didn't have option to change the top.

Hmm.. Perhaps a list should be created listing all the cars which can have "other parts", and what those parts specifically are on said car? Id be willing to do that.
