Doode, your lair looks so tyte! lolz, and I drift on my computer monitor :p That's why my drifts suck lol. Which part of Central Cal do you live in?

uhh...I just do:D (goes to try bumper view) and definitely tell me what wheel that is..I want one, I'm so tired of using the dual shock controller.
 
i have a wheel, but i never use it. maybe for GT4..

(Edit: screw that, i want the new logitech wheel that's coming out)

hey lan evo... yea your tv is small but your system unit looks like it carries a hefty price there. whats the specs.

Oh yeah cuda i wanna now what wheel it is too. (is it the logitech that i think was made mainly because of GT3)

LanEvo, we have the same computer case! :p

I drift on my computer monitor and it looks really pixelish. I have a 4.1 speaker system and also a really nice chair :)

so you guys drift in third person view. i cant dirft in that view. i drift in that "front bumper view" makes it more fun IMHO. but wow really nice TV!! 👍 i wich i had that little drift room :D

-thio. doesnt really look the same. has a diff BIG button in front. or is that a button?
 
It's a button. I think LanEvo took his off, and his case color is different. It radiates more heat :D

I drift in front bumper also :)
 
Third person mode is too laggy in terms of drifting because in one second the car is sideways on the screen and the other second, the car is straight :confused:
 
i use first person...more realistic (thats where im used to driving a car from, not 15 feet behind and above.)

i had to take out my button panel becase a fan wasnt getting enough flow. that dark rectangle is the intake for my 120mm. i have the bios setup so that when i move my mouse the computer boots up :D no need for buttons.;)
 
it renders my vids pretty quickly :p i had to slowly build this system up. i recently finished it off with the CPU and CD-RW. it had an 1800+ and a 12x6x32x burner(died) the 1800 is still ok though! ill use it in a server...
 
Yeah I drift exclusively in the bumper cam view now. Back in the days when I made my videos, I would switch camera views back and forth depending on my mood. I liked them both equally. But eventually I stuck with the bumper view.

That steering wheel is nothing fancy, it's just a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP. It's identical to the old GT Force except it has red accents instead of blue. Dirty little secret... the GT Force was simply this LWFF GP wheel (which was made for the PC) rebadged. Works on both the PC and PS2. Very good entry level steering wheel, I've never used better. [I've been using wheel/pedal sets on PC for over a decade]

Fresno, and for years I drifted on my computer monitor too... so there goes that excuse eh? ;)

Hmm, it's been too long since I saw F&F and I haven't seen the sequel... never thought anyone looked like me though. :)
 
I just got my wheel today......Logitech......looks the same as that except revamped for PS2. Has D-Pad and the 4 buttons of the top bulges and the L and R buttons on the center part.....seems pretty nice so far.......but im not any good with it right now........but i guess i had to be good to begin with to compare..... ^_^ :banghead: :banghead:
 
Dang CudaMan, you sure got the setup! When was the last time I ever dreamed of that kind of drift lab setup? :p

And unforunately, that exuse did go out the window :dunce:

Bryan's lair's AC sucks.

What bryan forgot to mention is that there are 4 wheels there, and 2 more that could be over in 2 minutes, 2 (is it two?) PS2s on location, and another that could be relocated.

and your his roomate? well i still cuda is better HEEH:D
 
Well, I know CudaMan has more than one wheel because the picture he posted has blue plastics and the current drift lab has a red wheel, which you were using :p I guess I pay attention to too many details :D And also I figured out you guys had a widescreen before CudaMan even told anyone. How? By watching his videos :p

I must say [duh!:dunce:] you are pretty good in drifting. Do you autocross also with CudaMan?
