HA! what a crock of poo that show was!

omg gimme a break! military advisors? the only thing they must have advised them on was how soldiers look!

that was the biggest farce i've ever seen!

'what do we do with the women sir?'
'well, they are probably safer here, so they stay with you' and then i'll go run back to my humvee and drive away.

W T F???

and then those idiots pulled over when they saw a kid throw something down on the side of the road? you'd have to be a f'ing moron!

arrrrrggg that show is so stupid!

ps. for those of you that don't know. i was there, 3 months in the desert, during the offensive, and 9 months in Baghdad walking the sewage filled streets :)

I loved the first show. I'm not sure if the second one has aired but I think I've got my TiVo set to record every episode that airs. Feel bad for the kid who had his leg blown off, I liked him. You can't help but grow attached to the one guy who asks why everyone is called what they are. Great show in my opinion.

I saw it for a few minutes, and couldn't stand it. The drama is way overdone and just thrown at you nonstop. It's kind of annoying.

This week's episode was much better, especially with the checkpoint scenes. Definitely had some 'oh, ****!' moments.

"You sure that squiggly line says 'stop'? I think you missed a dot."

They never said it was to be absolutely real. The show is a drama, but tries to be accurate, realistic as possible while keeping appeal to a television audience. I recommend Band of Brothers, if you want a ultra real true story.

Unlike many others... I like this show very much and will continue to watch it untill it ends. I'll have to say I was like "EWW!" when that grenade launcher blew that guys whole upper body.
