Overclocking Problems...

Currently I have a ASUS A7V8X-X with an Athlon XP2200+ processor, stepping A.

I can overclock to 166FSB no problem and I can even enter Windows as well. Even ran Prime95 for 4 hours straight with no problems! But!

When I reset the computer, as in, pressing the reset button, the computer won't start up again. I've upped the voltage, but still, no solution. What's annoying is that my processor is completely stable, but once I reset.. Everything just goes to hell.

Does anyone know what's wrong?
 
If your able to, lower the memory timings on your ram. There will be a sequence like 2-5-5-6. Whatever they are, bring them a bit higher. Mine are stock 2.5-2-2-5, I had to bring them to 2.5-3-3-6. It could be anything really. Being a bit more specific on what's set to what helps.
