Whatever you guys say. It's not all in my head and I know for a fact it works for me. Not gonna sit here and argue with yins about it!!

If you are looking for some help with the steering then try the controller setting at -2 in the driving options and see what you think!!

The only way I think it would have a effect would be when your DS3 controller is assigned to port one. But even then that seems odd

A wheel is still a controller though, just like a joystick pad is a controller a keyboard could be a controller, even a mouse. The word "controller" is way to loose of a term, anything that controls something, is a controller!

The only difference I notice, when lowering the sensitivity on a wheel is that in replays, your tires look a lot smoother. If anyone tunes their own cars, it'll be harder to notice any difference due to tuning to make up for steering issues!

Set it at -2. Take a car out onto the track in cockpit view and stop. Turn the wheel 90 degrees to the left. Take a picture of the wheel on the screen.

Set it at +7. Take a car out onto the track in cockpit view and stop. Turn the wheel 90 degrees to the left. Take a picture of the wheel on the screen.

If they are two different pictures you are right. But they aren't...lol.

Hmmm... I don't get it. Why should the sensitivity setting affect the amount of steering angle. I would imagine that it affects the speed of the input of the controller. Just a thought.

BTW I have never tried to alter the sensitivity while I am on my DFGT, since the game does mention "controller". BUT ... like somebody stated above me the wheel is indeed a controller so if somebody does want to experiment who am I to critisize him for doing so. IMHO anyway.👍

Well, in my opinion we let the OP decide what he wants and make him test different settings and see what he likes. It's all about personal opinions.
