I want to create a NASCAR-style race at Daytona, but with GT3 cars. I need to adjust all the cars to have equal weight, horsepower, performance rating, and so on. I'm aiming for around 750 horsepower and 1200 kg of weight, but only a couple of cars have that kind of performance rating. I need all GT3 cars to have these specs — the BOP slows down the cars too much. For example, the AMG GT3 has a top speed of 310 km/h, while the Porsche 911 maxes out at 280 km/h. I need the Porsche to also reach 310 km/h. Please help me. In short, I want to make the slower cars fast.

And I want a million dollars in my account and a girlfriend.
It seems we both are asking for the impossible :D

Not impossible. I accomplished high hp Gr3, front engine engine, rear wheel drive cars for a V8 Supercars series that I am currently in. We run at a base spec of 740.00pp which puts most cars between 600-700hp, but most with a turbo or sc kit can get up i to the 700-750hp range. Using PP as a target baseline, most cars are quite even (within 0.5-0.7 fast lap pace of each other)...mostly comes down to driving style and what car feels best to the driver. I went a step further and factored in driver skill (using Time trialing prior to the seaosn start) to handicapp or concede pp to bring the overall driver/car pace into a targeted 0.5-0.7 average pace range. Has made for some exceptionally intense racing. See this clip below to get an idea. Blue banner cars are our base class which run on rh at or under 740.00pp. Red are the more skilled, faster drivers that run on race hards that have a pp handicap applied (manipulated thru hp), and the yellow are drivers with concessionary pp who run on rm tires and additonal hp. Makes for some very close, multi car, multi-lap battles. We are a pretty established group. If you have a hrad time getting a series off the ground, feel free to check us out.
SNAIL-Michelin Pilot V8+ Supercars Championship Challenge

This was our last event for Race 1 of 2 on the night. There was some great racing in this one, and even better in our reverse grid race 2 (broadcast hasn't been done yet). Good luck, and hope some of this helps give you a direction, and again, don't hesitate to join us if interested.
