Padlock on Downloaded track

I got a Wicked Track from a Member on here via his Profile , when I go to the Track I can Save to Favorites and Play in Arcade which is fine .

But its got a Padlock Symbol Next to it ?

Does that mean I can't Share it with Other People ?

Or what does it Mean ?
