How can I easily (without hacking, modding, or otherwise cheating) get ahold of a Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3? It's not tradable since it is worth over 1MM credits.

There is no "Easy" way to obtain it. I flipped a stack of LVL 15 Tickets for hours to get the 8 of them that I own. I have them all custom painted. Quite the fleet of Paganis........

How do you send untradeable cars?
