Paint Chip limit changed from 5 to 4

I just duped some paint chips , sent them over with my secondary account and noticed my other account only received 4 paint chips because i got the daily limit notice.

Anyone else checked ?

For Example :If you have 5 paint chips and have already used your daily limit , but try to send one more paint chip , you will get the notice of daily limit and will remain with 4 paint chips. So dont try to trade when you know you have already used your limit , 1 chip will get wasted.

Same happened to me, but when i exited items then went back to items it was back there
