Yes the yellows. I tried that color picker site but it didn’t want to work from my phone.

I could not find a resource which lists this color. I have a PSN friend who makes IndyCar liveries for SF19 cars; I will inquire about HSV he used for Pagenaud's car.

From https://www.december.com/html/spec/colorhsl.html, I found 'safety vest' H73 S91 L55. I estimate this to be H29 S91 V100 for GTS livery editor.

From https://encycolorpedia.com/d0ff14, I found 'Arctic lime' H72 S100 L54. Try H28 S100 V100 for this.

Device displays vary in color interpretation & representation, as do our eyes. I have seen this car, I perceive its color to be more toward the green end of yellow than H29, perhaps H34. I currently am unable to use GTS to test this. (Work's A Jerk). I'll research more when I get home.

Your guesstimates are way off. H73 and H72 both translate to a value of 20 in game. There is no guessing required, you simply divide the 360 degree H value by 3.6 in order to convert it to the 0-100 scale used in game.

I ended up going with H21-S80-V90. To my eyes it looked pretty good.
