Paint color question...

I just bought a 66 shelby cobra in a color called mushroom, I did a search and couldn't find an answer anywhere on here, but that may be me not knowing the site very well :dunce: . Have any of you seen it yet? it is awful :yuck: brown looking color but may be really rare I dont know.. Can any of you let me know please, Thanks in advance
 
Nothing is really "rare" anymore. Not that there is much point in getting something for the sake of it being "rare" in the first place. It's like women going out of their way to have different colored dresses and shoes because they don't want to be caught wearing the same thing as someone else.

If you "bought" it, I'm sure other people can, so the color isn't rare. :)

was just wondering since it is not offered in anything close in the dealership. was in used cars.. Thanks
 
I've seen an AC Cars 427 S/C ‘66 in 'Mushroom' Brown when it was in my UCD before. Many people can also get this, or any other colour for that matter, by going online each day and recieving a bunch of random colour chips, so it's not really a rare colour.

I happened to get it before V1.06, so it was technically "rare" back then (like hundreds, if not thousands, of paint chips were prior to that update). Now, since we don't know enough about the UCD cycle, it may or may not be very rare at all.

My sig might be of use, perhaps.
