Paint Multiplier?

If I paint a car with my Gold Chrome paint, I've only got one, and gift that car to another account, will the other account get a Gold Chrome paint chip when it receives the car?

You'll get the chip you bought the car in.

I would be much easier to just back up your gamesave on your first account, sent the paint to your second account, and then restore your gamesave on your first account.
