paint problem

I just bought that $300k Toyota specifically to get the black matte paint chip to use on a different car. Now it isn't showing up at all in my paint chips. Anyone else have this happen, or am I just completely looking over something? I don't even really plan on using that Toyota at all, I just wanted the paint.

Is there another car that won't do that to me that is confirmed? I don't want to buy the even more expensive Lexus now because I don't want it to happen again.

Suggestions?
 
I won a Toyota FT-86 in matte black, for whatever reason it didn't give me the paint chip and calls the colour "mat black". I thought I would send it to my other PSN account to check if it would give me the chip and it doesn't.

I do know for sure you get the chip with the Lexus LF-A though.
 
thanks, I may go ahead and buy the Lexus in a bit then. I'm about to unlock another one by getting enough cars so I'll see what I get first. I don't go through the trouble to re-roll my paint reward.

Note to the rest of you: The Toyota mentioned on other threads does not give you the paint chip, save your money.

The Lexus is the only other one I've heard of that has a matte paint chip.
 
The 70s Ford Mach 1 from the dealership does the same thing. I tried to buy for the green matallic. No paint chip. But I needed the car for a race anyway.
