Any car that can be painted you can use any colour.
Most of the cars that can't be painted are race cars, some concept cars or special edition cars such as the NISMO R33 gtr Le Mans road car, however, cars you have personally race modified can be painted.
Just take your car to GT auto, try the respray option, if it works it works, if not you're stuck with that colour.
