Paintable (race) cars

So.. i've been wondering.

I've seen some race cars being paintable, like the shelby cobra daytona coupé. besides that, i know most touring cars and all base models are able to be painted. But what other cars are there like the daytone coupé that are paintable?

Mercedes SLS GT3, Ferrari 250 GTO, Jaguar XJ13, Ferrari FXX, Pagani Zonda R, Lexus IS F Racing Concept (the one that looks like a DTM car), and the Lexus IS F CCR-S are the only ones that spring to my mind.
 
Not too many come to mind. Other than the ones that you have mentioned, I'm not completely sure that any are paintable...
 
All the PD "Touring Cars" ie. Mitsubishi Evo IX Touring Car etc.
The Acura NSX GT1 can also be painted
I believe all the GT300/GT500/GT3 base models can be as well

He already mentioned TC and BM cars can be painted.
 
Keep them coming! I believe also one of the ASL Garaiya(?) race cars could be painted..
 
The Chevrolet Camaro LM Race Car could be painted in GT5. However, I have not tried if this works in GT6, nor do I know if it was an intentional feature of the car, considering most similar race cars can't be painted. It may have been fixed since then.

The Alfa TZ2 could be painted in GT5, I expect the same in 6.

I had 400 of these in GT5 and I painted 398 of them. I wont get that privilege in Gt6 as they are now unpaintable.(unless they changed their minds in a patch?)
 
I belive the Diablo GT2, the VW GTI roadster and the Mitsu XR-PHEV EVO are all classified as race cars and last I checked they are all paintable.

You'll need to search the GT5 forum. They change to TC or RC in GT6.

Also the Amuse GT1 Turbo is paintable. Not sure if you can consider it a race car or a tuner car.
 
In addition to the SLS GT3, the [silver] GT-R GT3 can be painted. However, unlike the base models, these cars' wheels cannot be painted. The [silver] R8 LMS ultra cannot be painted, nor can its wheels.

I'd classify the Amuse GT1 Turbo as a tuner, as it comes equipped with SS tires rather than RH+.
