Painting of Lewis Hamilton, how to convert to 14Kb SVG?

I would like to put this painting of Lewis Hamilton on my car but can't make it small enough. Any advices how to do it?

Can you split it into smaller images and just fit them together to make the whole picture in GT7.

Because it's straight lines, but not hard edged lines it's the kind of thing that's going to be monstrously inefficient when auto traced... and probably not that bad to redraw, which is always the best way to get a small file size.

I thought to put it over full back side.

I think it's doable but there's no easy way to do it if you don't have experience with vector graphics.

I think it were autotraced and sliced up, it would be less than 10 decals. Redrawing it's an option too, for less decals probably. But I'm not convinced either will look that good.
