LOL, here's how NOT to shrug. I had my buddy phone video me shrugging 675lbs today. Instead, it just shows how much bounce I'm getting with that much weight. My legs are going, arms, full body, looks like I'm on a trampoline.
Anyways, I think when I get that heavy, I really need to slow it down to keep the bar from bending which is creating that extra bounce at the bottom.
Anyhow, for your enjoyment, 675 lbs. for 12 reps.
Ok, I take back some of what I said, they're not looking that bad compared to some of the other Youtube 675 lb shrugs out there.
