 It happens to all of us. I was 16 when I hit that stage. I wanted the ladies and all, great motivation for getting into shape. :D

I got the lady before I started to hit the gym. So much for female motivation

Wow, that is impressive Pako. Even if I could safely do that kind of stuff I don't think I have the personality to keep with it to that point.

The most weight I lift is usually a double quarter pounder from my lap to my mouth about 20 times.
<- How much would a liter of hefeweizen beer weigh? I do those a lot too.

Im 17, 5"11 and just started doing 11pound hand weights every night to gain some muscle and bluk up a little. Mr Pako sir, any tips for a bedroom workout (Besides the obvious but im talking about weights here;) )

Btw, the video, hugely impressive!

;), yeah....not sure. I would imagine a lot of core abdominal exercises would be the best bet. If I were limited to bedroom, home exercises and didn't have money or space for a home gym, I would look into kettle exercises. You can get into a kettle weight cheap and the exercises and very intense. Dips with chairs, pushups, pullups if you can get a pullup bar. These would all be good exercises for tone and definition, not much bulking will happen I don't think.

A liter of Hefeweizen, now that my friend is impressive! 👍 Much like keeping up with heavy drinking, it takes dedication and change in lifestyle.

:D

Now you have to keep the girl, female motivation is back on. :)

Thanks fot the info anyway.

Well as Alex above said, I've said and asked him if he fancy joining a gym I hear you can get good deals for recommendation. Just a question of time and money so for now my little home gym will have to do.

Thanks again.

Not a problem. For me, motivation and dedication at home is really hard. I can go to a gym and stay motivated throughout the workout. When I was working out at home, it was really hard to stay focused and tough to keep the workouts intense.

Good luck to ya!

That's nothing. I had three in that one sitting.

Alright, where's the youtube video of that?

Double post, what? I have no idea what you're talking about..... :sly:

If I'm feeling good on Friday, I'll try 8 plates a side, but I'm already feeling pretty beat up this week. I'll see how it goes.....

It wasn't a chug, and You Tube has ten minute limits.

For a better look

I still commend your efforts and dedication. :)

Hofbrauhaus is the best. I had my first and best beer at the real deal in Munich.

Anyway, it's amazing how much you can do with a 5-gallon water jug if you don't have dumbells at home.

I'm a little slow on the response, but thanks man.

For what its worth, I shrugged only 405 which is only 4 plates on each side but completely isolate my traps with zero bounce and they were extremely hard. There is no way I could shrug 675 that strictly. Something to work towards I guess. 👍

I benched my personal best last week for 405 lbs. That weight has been a 6 year goal for me. :D
That's like two of me. One and a half after I've been drinking.

Well, all that drinking just makes you more bouyant right? I figure that's good if you're next to a large body of water without a life vest. :)

Hefeweizen's will definitely make you more bouyant as the high yeast content creates a lot of gas bubbles.

But eventually you have to break the seal, which is only helpful if it is cold water. I'd still prefer a life vest.
