Ok, I got major problem. As we all know, we need to change our passwords through email on PC.

Well the email server(email.si) that I had for my account IRT_NissmanR32, I just found out its been down or not working anymore since 2009. So I cant get my new password.
I tried a few thing like redirecting messages to my gmail account but it doesnt work ''domain not found''

If anyone has any idea or now how to fix this please let me know what to do.

I really dont want to lose all my cars, credits, licences...:scared: :nervous:

As log as you're on the PS3 you created the PSN account with, there is no need to use your email-account.
Just change PWD, when PSN prompts you, when signing in.

Same boat here. Main account no prob, but secondary is another story. There is no option to change it on ps3. It automatically sends email to email address used when creating sub account. Dont have acces to it anymore...

Tried this, doesnt work.

It saiz:

''An email message will be sent from PSN to the following email(wich does not work anymore) adress''

''Follow the instructions in the email message to reset the password using PC''

This means if I cant access my email.si account, I cant reset my password.

I want to plant a bomb in Sony right now. :banghead:🤬

In my case it doesn't seem to matter if the email is real or not. I used a real email and I've been trying since yesterday but have yet to receive the email. I can't change it on the PS3 and I can't change it online....now what?

I can't even get the email to reset it. I am logged in to the email adress on iPhone (pc died) but it's not sending me the email.

Im having the same problem bro! I think ill create a new account... i didnt get to play the new GT5 game yet so its ok lol! Soon... very soon... :sly:!

I just wish an email would arrive for my secondary. Been waiting 32 hours. Where or where is this elusive email...

Thanks a lot Sjaak, I emailed Sony about this and they'll try to fix it in a few days.

BTW Sjaak, you still do any online racing?

I just emailed them also, I tried calling and they said they weren't taking any more calls at this time..... hopefully the email will work.

Cool, many thanks for posting this - hopefully this will help the huge amount of people I know who can't access other Id's owing to this problem - myself included.

I used the link, but couldn't find anything that actually helped??

I've spent the last 1 1/4hrs going through every link possible but still can't find either a solution or something that 'works' i.e. one link seems to be the right link, but it says 'server unavailable'.

Grrrrrrrrr....

What email address have people used to contact them, I've triend using the 'contact us' option on the above link and that seem to be useless too???

What am I doing wrong??

Totally confused

I sent e-mail yesterday to SONY in Greece and told them about my 2 accounts with fake e-mail.
After that the asked me some questions like....what is the serial of my PS3, what date I started the accounts etc

Today, I received to the new e-mails I gave them yesterday, the messages from SONY for change the password !!!

Fast and Great work from SONY !!!

I looked around and couldn't find anything. I got the e-mail on password reset and it says that the website is down for maintenance. Anyone know how long it will be down? I am really getting frustrated with this whole deal. Or is there another way I can change my password?

I emailed Sony here in the US and they replied that I would have to call them. It looks like they won't help via email here in the states. 👎 That would be fine, if you could actually get through to them on the phone. :grumpy:

I forgot to say that...I sent the e-mail and after 2 hours I called them.
