I would like to add decals to vehicals and further customise added parts to cars like making them different colours and such. i think it would be really cool if you could buy a mitsubishi evo or subaru WRX and be able to do some real serious tunes to it so you could make your own rally car instead of buying on for 1,000,000 cr. Or making race ready 458's or mp4-12c's. this would be too much in one update but over time i think its possible. any one else agree? oh yes a taco stand would be awesome...
 
I just want a cash cow. Like the TVR Speed 12 from GT2 which you can win over and over again from a race and sell that bugger for half a million Cr.edits. I also want to earn money from drifting, maybe awarding you the amount of Cr. corresponding to your 'drift points'.

Kaz even can't stimulate the smell of barbeque in Nurburgring's audience seats...
 
Here's an interesting "other" idea. A new mode. Easy to make. You pick a track, select one car for you and one car for your b-spec driver and you race against him. Based on how much better the car he uses is, (calculated by PP) you get cash and experience.
 
I voted for saves. Seems like a no-brainer. I'd rather have stuff that should have been in the game originally first, rather than extra stuff like DLC and cars.
 
Standard car tuning options. vinyl. color schemes/race mods. WHEELS! WHEELS! WHEELS! GT2 had better wheel selection than this... photomode for standard vehicles.
 
I've got Clasified information directly from polyphony digital.. The next patch will be: More patches for the Nürburgring :)

Completely revamp the credits earned!

I get 82k credits for a 7 min 1 lap race in Nuburgring and 125k credits for a 9 hr endurance race in B spec? There's a problem here!

Agree. But not the way the first race would be for 1.5k Cr :crazy:

the ability to do endurance races with friends and to swap between a-spec and b-spec during endurance races
 
I'm pretty sure there are 12 different NASCAR COT's and each race is 12 cars, but it always seems my car is duplicated among the other 11.

So I wish they would check which car you are using, and automatically not duplicate it so there are 12 different cars on the track.
 
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, I started a thread but not much interest.
However I would really like multiple tuning set-ups like i think there were on GT4, for example in the tuning mode you can have set up A, B, or C which are all customizable, but different from the others.
On my Subaru WRC you could have a grippy road set up, a dirt set up, and a gymkhana set up!
Tell me what you think.
 
I'd like to see the host having the option of limiting the use of the power limiter. I realize the host can use PP if he wants, but when he uses HP, its annoying to face tuned down race cars. I'd also like to see an online leaderboard for total time taken on license tests. I have all gold now, and there's not much reason to do them anymore, obviously.

Option to turn off the camera tilting in dashboard view.
A DECENT SuperGT championship not a 3 races joke.
And of course, endurance/championship save.
 
The ability to re-win race prizes would be nice, I hate having only one of a car I like due to some tuning options being permanent.
 
I on't see the option in the poll to finally fix the slipstream in this game. It completly breaks any hope of serious racing.

Oh, and more options to the replay system(Fast-foward, rewind, slow-motion)

Guess I'll vote "other".

OP's poll made me realized how important it was to have taco stands on the nurburgring, it is a long track after all, you'll get bored and hungry eventually!
 
Bring back the original time trials for all cars. Of not all then just the arcade.

And simply put, pure night driving without the rain and wet surface.

They won't do it I know but.. when PD's wine will be ready, one day maybe they... :)
...and somebody give you those tacos so you can go eating and stop spamming the thread for a while :p
 
im guessing the frame rate cant be patched?

how can prologue run rock solid 60fps and the full game suffer severe drops?

i play forza3 along with gt5, and when i play gt 5 after a session of forza its easily noticeabale and difficult to adjust to.

I never had any framerate drops since I play GT5, must be really an problem with the slim PS3...

I wish an online leaderboard...
 
Id like to see more additions to the track maker. on the website you can see point to point courses.. id like that added.

custom event creator...which is hinted at slightly with the seasonal events being tacked on.

would love to see seattle, midway, a few more tracks with weather variations.
 
More endurances races (no 24h)
Custom races with cars of my choice
Possibility to win car reward more than one time
More tracks
Pure night racing (no rain)
Possibility to save during races (only on the 2 24h)
More option to the track editor
Cash prizes for races in practice mode (I mean races not Time trial)
Longer races in extreme Level in Aspec (same amount of laps as Bspec)
Better damage on cars.
Well thats about it folks...
 
I would like the trees in the user created courses to cast reflection, because they don't currently and taking pictures on your own courses you can see a very distinct boring horizon on the cars... I guess I could photoshop it, I shouldn't have to.
