Patch 1.11 wishlist

Sorry if this has been said, but I cbf'ed to read it all but anyways, I'd like to see the ability to save in the midle of a championship so you don't have to start again like GT3. I was a bit annoyed when i noticed this wasn't applied in GT5

Patch 1.10 bring the option to save during a championship.
 
A list I have compiled:
-Build up of marbles- like what NFS Shift 2 has, only better
-Proper rain on track, puddles, dry lines etc
-More precise tuning, something like NFS Shift 2
-Engine/drivetrain swaps
-Proper Cosmetic customisation, Wide body kits, more rims (+ adjustable sizes), proper Aero effect,
-More tracks, Ebisu, Spa, Bathurst, Silverstone, Shift 2 has all these.
-More Racemodable cars or variations to the current list, I.E different body style, Decal Layout etc
-Better damage model, come on, both Forza and Shift 2 have a reasonable Damage model. GT5 is just pathetic in comparison.
-Better physics model.
-Fix Drift scoring.
-Car rewards for seasonals. Or like a professional seasonal once a month, bi-monthly even.
-Proper real life tuning parts, Mine's, Nismo, Gemballa, Brabus etc.
-Differering costs of tuning parts per car. Since when will a turbo for an S13 cost the same for a GTR?
-More obvious difference between tyre compounds. Would be better if we had real life Tyres simulated in game I.E Pirelli Racing Slicks or Michelin Road tyres (But with the proper tyre name if you get what I mean.)


More to be added as I can think of them...
 
Don't know if mentioned before, don't care either.
- Upload replay to YouTube function. Or at least video capture of some sort.
 
My 50 cents (as always about the same):

- Cockpit view adjustment please! (+/- forward/back/up/down, FOV, camera stiffness (shaking) adjustment)
- Better shadows resolution (drop than nonsense "1080p", 720p is already enough for current gen!)
- Bug in arcade mode Time Trial when you start new lap there is a huge hang, maybe its saving replay or something, but occurs when your ghost start driving.
 
I would like to have the option to have the car washed and the oil changed when I purchase a car in the UCD without having to take the car to GT Auto. When you buy multiple cars at the same time it takes way to long to do all that. Or at least have the option to skip the animations. It took almost ten miutes to buy 5 cars the other night when I had them washed and the oil changed.

I would also like the fast forward and rewind ability during replays. I don't watch the replays much because I don't want to sit there for ten minutes to watch something that happened on lap eight.
 
I forgot one important thing!

It will be AMAZING if they finally make L2/R2 buttons work at their full potential!!! It's like crap now - I need to use TCS just to somehow compensate how they working!
 
The throttle maxes out at about half the total controller trigger range if you use a DS3 joypad, with an exponential response. Also there's some kind of buffer which prevents very fast transitions; I guess that is meant to counterbalance the lower inertia compared to pedals and make cars easier to contorl, but it's a bit too slow.
 
What about letting us use all the new tracks that have appeared in the seasonals. It'd be gfreat to use them in practice and for online races we create. The eifel track in the Ferrari F1 event is great.
 
Those are the ones I mean, the ones that have appeared in the seasonals like the Eifel circuit in the Ferrari F1 event and the Eifel circuit in the supercar festival event etc
 
I would really like a fix for the AI, that they do not lift off or brake in the middle of a corner to give you a really easy pass. I find this the most annoying bug in the game as you cannot have good fights with the AI this way.

I would like the enduro saves too, but the above ruins the entire game where the enduro saves only make a part of the game more fun.
 
The ability to search for certain restrictions when looking for a lobby. eg 500pp Sports Soft tires. would save alot of time.
 
While on my journey to collect all the UCD cars I realized it would be much faster to just buy the car. After you buy the car it rolls up, asks you if you want to get in, and then tells you that you received a new paint chip. An option of skipping that and just having it go to your garage would be nice.
And since we know that 1.11 more than likely won't have anything new it might be appropriate to change the title of this thread to "1.12 wishlist"
 
Car maintenance place needs a direct link to garage. So much easier to go through cars and change oils etc.

Maybe an option to select wether you want a oil change on a UCD car before buying it too.

I have to reset my PS3 when the main menu wont load or a track wont load.

How about we fix that!? Hm? That seems like a bug that would really embarrass a software team.

Only PS2 or 3 game I ever had that locks up. Something to really be proud of.
