PC broke and in need of help.

Open it up and check everything is seated and plugged in properly, reseat the graphics card and then try again. I'm not saying this is going to work, but this is the first thing I would try.
 
Oh i forgot to mention that this computer is till under warranty, so i cant open it yet.

Then you should send it back under warrenty, though I have opened up computers under warrenty before in an attempt to fix them, when the issue was a dead harddrive, didnt cause any problems with the warrenty when I sent the computer back.

But I suppose its better to be safe than to be sorry, just send it back.
 
Sounds like a dead vid card. Unless you are willing to risk voiding your warranty and open it up & switch out the vid, you will have to send it back under the warranty RMA system and wait.
